APSS has been shortlisted for Design Excellence at the East Midlands Bricks Awards 2025 with the DigiLabs project for Loughborough University.
We transformed outdated computer labs into a future-ready teaching environment that pushes the boundaries of how technology and IT subjects are taught. Designed around flexibility, collaboration, and innovation, DigiLabs sets a new benchmark for learning spaces at the university.
Every detail of the project was tailored to the end users. From flexible furniture and integrated technology to creative teaching areas that encourage experimentation, DigiLabs goes far beyond a refurbishment — it’s a hub for digital innovation.
