Key Tasks

  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
  • Compile and prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist in the procurement of project materials and resources.
  • Manage project files, records, and documentation to ensure they are up to date and accessible.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned to support project success
  • Work within the parameters of the company Health and Safety policy.
