This Lincolnshire double glazing manufacturer needed to expand its manufacturing facility in Lincoln to incorporate offices and meeting spaces.
Following its appointment, APSS provided designs and suggestions as to how the additional floor space could be achieved in incorporating an open plan office, board room, break facilities and additional storage. The designs also incorporated creating additional natural light through the addition of more windows, creating a better atmosphere for staff.
The project involved installing a new mezzanine and jumbo stud wall over the machinery in the existing factory. Through careful planning and teamwork, the additional office floor was installed with minimum possible disruption to the factory processing.
The completed project was delivered in six weeks and within the clients’ budget with a high-quality finish.
