The Challenge
The office was located on the 3rd floor of a building in Manchester city centre. This meant additional thought needed to be given to ensuring deliveries were made outside of peak hours due to heavy footfall in the general area. It also meant strict rules for the offloading of materials to ensure safety of all in the area.
As the building was operational during the time of the fit out, by both the client as well as other businesses, any noisy works needed to be conducted out of hours to reduce disruption to other workers.

The Outcome
