We have literally supplied and installed 100’s of mezzanine floors over the years, ranging from single to three tiers.
A standard option for storage mezzanines is the installation of a pallet gate allowing pallets to be safely positioned onto the mezzanine level. These come in a variety of styles including, up and over or slide to the side style and can be manufactured to suit your pallet sizes.
All our mezzanine floors are designed, manufactured and installed to BRE Digest 437 and Local Authority Building Regulations. Where required we will also undertake the full fire rating of your mezzanine structure to again conform to the above regulations.
The latest regulations state that at least one Ambulant Disabled Staircase (ADS) is required for the mezzanine floors used for storage and office mezzanines should be fitted with a lift. We can advise on above regulations and also show the circumstances where a more economic, Type K staircase may be an alterative.
Operating throughout the UK we are able to offer free site surveys and full CAD facilities to all our customers, we also undertake the building regulation submissions for you where required, only passing on to you the cost of the submissions.
Our experienced fitters will install the mezzanine floor with the minimum of disruption to your business and our pre-fabricated structures mean installation is always in good time.
