Creating the right environment cannot only motivate your staff to be more productive but also helps to create the right perception of your business to your customers.

An office refurbishment is usually much more cost effective and less problematic than relocating. It gives you the chance to reconsider where appliances and furniture will go, who is positioned where and the general layout of the office space in order to maximise your working potential. All this may be daunting to you at first but apss understands this and will support you in a professional and friendly manner throughout.

Basically we can do as much or as little as you like, ranging from a simple installation of a single run of partitioning to the strip out and complete re-build of the internal space.  We will also prepare a “Quotation” for the works to be completed, not an “Estimate” that you may get from other contractors.  Our quotation will outline exactly what is included in the refurbishment and in some cases what is not.  This way you will have no nasty surprises at the end of the project.  This is not to say that we are not flexible to your needs, if you would like something extra doing then we will have a look, give you a price and issue you with a variation form, if you are happy to sign it off then we will be happy to do the works for you.

All our schemes are designed with Part M (access to and use of buildings) and the DDA, for more information on this then please see our Design Service page.

The range of works that we will undertake are as follows:

Strip out, building works, entrance / shop fronts, mezzanines, partitions, dry lining, flooring, ceilings, electrical, air conditioning, data, decoration, toilets and kitchens, plumbing works, reception counters, office furniture, signage and building regulation submissions and CDM.

How does it work? Well put simply the following is the model of how we approach our refurbishment contracts:
